The 10th Kingdom

I don't know if I already made a thread about this a long time ago, but I can't find one here so here is it.

Do you know that is it? If you do, do you like it?

The 10th Kingdom is a TV miniseries (417 minutes long) by Hallmark released in 2000. It presents a parallel world to ours, where all the classic tales like Snow White, Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, and many others, are real, but they have gone really wrong. They happened in the "Happy Ever After" era two centuries ago, but now, the nine kingdoms of this parallel world struggle with each other, there are trolls everywhere, and a mad witch tries to take over the nine kingdoms. Our world is the 10th Kingdom, linked by a magical mirror. The main protagonists are a young waitress (Kimberely Williams) and her father (John Larroquette) from our world, and a wolf-man (Scott Cohen) and the Queen (Dianne Wiest) from the other world. All are great actors.

The story sounds kiddy, but it is not. It looks kind of insane during the first two hours, but it is not. Once you get used to the characters and the classic story mix, you'll love it.

I recommend it to anyone. It got some bad reviews in the media, and it's not too popular in some countries because stupid TV channels didn't give it a chance (stupid tele5 of Spain, they are the bullshit channel, they are all big brother, left-wing biased bull, and other telecrap), but everyone who reviews it at stores (Amazon, etc.), movie sites, forums, etc., and everyone I know who watched it, loved it, and rated it very high.
